This place practices some kind of witchcraft because I walk in there tense as a rock unable to move my back muscles unable to lift my arms unable to turn my head left and right and I leave there feeling like I’m genuinely reborn. 100/10 would recommend the cupping and would come over and over and over again! Thank god for this place!

10/11/25…Well, I had been suffering with deep body aches in my upper body, neck, shoulders, arms, fingers; and even the backs of my hands, despite a massage and pain pill. Lately I have been suffering from extreme back pain with consistently low HRV and sleep numbers. I visited Lola and felt absolutely at home in her gorgeous clinic near the Promenade in Santa Monica. I explained to Lola what was bothering me and she did an extensive acupuncture, cupping and electro stem treatment on me. Immediately, my back stopped seizing up and my pain decreased immensely. Not only did I feel better, but my HRV score went up 20 points after one day and I had 2:45 minutes of REM sleep when I was previously averaging 1:20 minutes. Lola is a miracle worker. I have been getting acupuncture from her for over 4 years. The first time that I went, I just wanted to try a new health modality for fun and it ended up changing my life.

I went to Lola for acupuncture and cupping for a back injury that wasn’t getting better after weeks of physical therapy. After my 6th or 7th session the daily pain was completely gone and after the 10th the pain was totally gone and my range of motion that had been inhibited by the injury was so much better. absolutely love Lunabodyandmind! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the space is warm and very calming. Lola is Amazing! I saw her for a pinched nerve in my neck that was so painful and did not go away quickly. Lola is incredibly knowledgeable and after each session of acupuncture/cupping the pain and tension would ease. Lola really listened to my input and would try something different each visit to get to the root of the issue, and she did. Success!
